Robies will perform your comprehensive duct cleaning service by first inspecting the system and protecting the work area, then connecting specialized vacuum equipment to create negative air pressure within the ductwork. Ductwork is then cleaned, including runouts, from the unit to the grilles / diffusers using rotating brush equipment to safely remove dust and debris while simultaneously capturing it with a high-efficiency vacuum. Main trunk lines and accessible components of the air handling system will also be cleaned to ensure complete system performance. All grilles / diffusers will be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled, and the system will be reassembled and tested to confirm proper operation.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Just as an oil change on a car’s engine is critical to that vehicle’s health and safety, dryer vent cleaning is critical to the health and safety of a home.

Dryers with clean vents are proven to dry clothes faster and more effectively as well as run more efficiently, using less gas or electricity. Clogged dryer vents can also cause mold and mildew growth. A clean dryer vent results in a healthy dryer.
Robies will perform a thorough dryer vent cleaning service by first inspecting the full venting path. The dryer will be disconnected as needed, and specialized rotary brush and vacuum equipment will be used to remove lint buildup and debris from the entire length of the vent. The exterior vent cap will be cleaned and verified for proper operation. All connections will be re-secured, and the system will be tested to ensure proper airflow, safe operation, and improved dryer performance.
For safety, drier vent cleaning should be performed annually.
