Air Conditioning
Robies is Cape Cod’s premier contractor for air conditioning services. Robies installs Carrier and Mitsubishi air conditioning systems and maintains and services all brands of air conditioning. Our technicians are factory trained and certified. Robies has been serving the air conditioning needs of our community for 65 years.
Heating
Robies offers installation, service and maintenance of natural gas, electric and propane heating systems. Robies installs natural gas or propane boilers and furnaces as well as electric heat pumps that can handle year-round New England heating requirements. For installation, service and maintenance of any natural gas, propane or electric heating system – consider Robies.
Ductless Mini Splits
For many Cape Cod homes and small businesses, a ductless system installed by Robies provides advanced technology in a small, easy-to-install package. They allow you to enjoy precise comfort in one or multiple rooms — both summer and winter.
Generators
Will you be ready for our next nor’easter? Don’t live at the mercy of our Cape Cod weather. A Generac Automatic Home Standby Generator can restore power to your home in moments, preventing food in your fridge from spoiling, providing heat and hot water to your family and powering any necessary medical or critical electrically powered items.
Electrical
Robies is proud to announce the establishment of an electric division. In 2022, Robies partnered with Master Electrician Chuck Swanson to launch our very own in-house electrical division, which has grown to five full time, licensed electricians. Robies offers electrical services to any Cape Cod home and provides free assessments and estimates.
Indoor Air Quality
Robies offers indoor air quality solutions for both residential and commercial sites. For us at Robies, indoor air quality comes down to four things: air filtration, air purification, fresh air and duct & dryer vent cleaning.
Water Heaters
Robies offers installation of natural gas and propane water heaters. Robies technicians are trained and skilled on all types of water heater installations. Our work is neat and clean and performed according to all applicable and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintenance
Just like a vehicle or home, maintenance to an HVAC or generator system is absolutely essential. Robies offers maintenance plans for every type of system that we service and install. Regular maintenance is proven to extend the life of your system, improve indoor air quality, reduce costly repairs and allow the system to run more efficiently
Commercial
Cape Cod businesses of all sizes rely on Robies for the installation, services and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. We have the resources, technical expertise and manpower to meet the needs of our area’s hotels, resorts, country clubs, nursing homes, schools and churches.
Rebates
Robies has been a leader in the Cape marketplace for years when it comes to rebates. We take great pride in our knowledge and understanding of every possible rebate program available to our customers. Our sales staff designs and selects systems based not only on the best fit for the situation but also based on which systems will bring the highest rebate awards for the customer.
Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning
Robies is proud to announce the addition of duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning to our list of services. Robies technicians can perform duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning to any Cape Cod home. Duct cleaning improves the efficiency of the HVAC system and reduces the amount of contaminants and pollutants in the airstream. Dryer vent cleaning improves the efficiency of the dryer and prevents household fire.
