Robies has been serving the Cape Cod community since 1959. Electrical work has always been part of what we offer our customers, but for many years we relied on trusted electrical subcontractors to perform that work. In 2022, we decided it was time to bring electrical services completely in-house and opened the Robies Electrical Division.
Over the past four years, we’ve steadily built the division into a team of five licensed electricians, with four full-time electrical teams on the road serving Cape Cod every day.
Today, we handle residential electrical projects large and small. No job is too small, and as always, our consultation visits and estimates are always free.

For $130, a Robies licensed electrician will perform a comprehensive visual Electrical Safety Inspection of your home’s electrical system.
We check the inside of all panels, we check for overloaded circuits, outdated components, fire and shock hazards, smoke and CO detectors and any other visible safety concerns. We then provide a clear summary of our findings. All for only $130.

Since opening our in-house Electrical Division in 2022, we’ve steadily grown the division to four full-time electrical teams on the road each day under the leadership of our Master Electrician, Chuck Swanson. Chuck has been a long-time partner of Robies, serving as our primary electrical subcontractor for over 30 years. Chuck spent most of his career in West Barnstable and has since moved to Chatham. Chuck’s experience, knowledge and expertise have proven invaluable, and we are proud of the steady growth and development of this division over the past four years.
