Robies has an immediate opening for a Lead HVAC Installer. This position is for a skilled, motivated, efficient individual. A Lead HVAC Installer must be able to run an HVAC job from start to finish, manage and delegate tasks to an apprentice, and take full ownership of all aspects of the job. Candidate should have knowledge and training in the majority of the following area: ductwork fabrication and installation, refrigerant piping, gas piping, hydronic piping, control wiring, generator installation, ductless installation, furnace installation, water heater installation, condensing unit and heat pump installation. Any trade licenses are a huge plus.
