Robies Electrical Division currently has one opening for a licensed electrician to join our team as an Electrical Field Supervisor. The role of our Electrical Field Supervisor is to perform all aspects of line voltage and low voltage wiring for Robies HVAC installations and Generator installations as well as general electrical work for residential and light commercial customers. In addition, this role includes supervising electrical crews, offering technical support to electricians in the field, performing sales visits, selling estimates and earning commissions. The role also includes administration duties related to running an electrical division, including but not limited to: paperwork, filing, scheduling, planning, ordering and maintaining stock, follow up emails, texts and phone conversations with customers, etc. Candidates should be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic, positive and professional with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced work environment where safety, cleanliness and attention to detail is essential. Job descriptions also includes running electrical safety inspection calls as well as sales visit calls. Robies Electricians prepare their own estimates and earn commissions. This candidate must have a warm, kind, gentle, welcoming demeanor with energy, positivity and enthusiasm. The Electrical Field Supervisor will run a daily morning meeting, organize and prepare electrical crews for the day and assist electricians with estimates and other items. Looking for a leader!
