At Robies, we recognize the important role we play in the health and safety of your home environment. As we navigate this rapidly developing Coronavirus situation together, we want to assure you that the well-being of both our clients and our employees is our number one concern.
Our goal has always been to ensure our customers a safe, clean, reliable, comfortable and efficient HVAC system and never has this been more important, especially now that we inevitably will be spending more time at home.
Our technicians will continue to perform maintenance visits, service calls and installations. Since our technicians are entering your home to perform this work, we have instituted new protocols to ensure your safety:
Since the risk of damage from condensate leaks or inoperable Furnace and A/C units is greater without routine maintenance, we are not recommending delaying Spring maintenance visits. Since all the air in your home passes through your ducted or ductless system, a clean filter, evaporator coil and condensate drain will help provide a cleaner, healthier, indoor environment.
We have been getting many inquiries as to what we can offer for “virus killing” solutions in homes. Although we can’t offer a miracle device proven to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we can suggest options such as UV Lamps, REME Halo, i-Wave that have been proven to vastly improve indoor air quality. Please note our office will be temporarily closed to the public. However essential staff will still be on site to answer your phone and email inquiries as well as to coordinate our service, maintenance and installation visits for our customers.
We encourage you to contact us at 508-775-3083 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
